Free shipping
We offer free shipping to the United Kingdom, Germany, France and the Netherlands. No shipping fee is charged for delivery to these destinations.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery is 8-13 business days in total: 3 business days for order processing plus 5-10 business days in transit. Processing and transit run Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Remote locations, carrier disruption, severe weather and customs processing can cause delays.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. This processing period is included in the total 8-13 business day delivery estimate; the 5-10 business day transit period starts after dispatch. Orders placed outside business days are processed from the next business day. Customers receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information by email. Carrier tracking can take time to show its first scan.
Taxes, duties and customs
Shipping is free. Any taxes or duties collected by us are displayed at checkout. If an import charge is assessed by a customs authority or carrier and was not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for that charge where permitted by law.
Delivery address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if a correction is required. We cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch, and additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.
Delays, loss and damage
If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss or damage, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. For damaged parcels, retain the packaging and provide clear photographs.
