Shipping is free throughout the United States. No shipping fee is charged for delivery within the United States.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Estimated delivery is 8-13 business days in total: 3 business days for order processing plus 5-10 business days in transit. Processing and transit run Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Carrier and customs delays may occur.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking information is emailed after dispatch. Use the tracking link in that message and allow time for the first carrier scan.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You may notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the last item in your order. You then have 14 calendar days to send the goods back. For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and pay the direct return shipping cost. We cover necessary return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
You may request cancellation before dispatch through your customer account or by emailing contact@saint-tropez.com. After dispatch, your statutory withdrawal right still applies; it is not limited to 15 minutes.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?
We refund without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless we offered collection. Refunds use the original payment method without fees. Bank processing may affect when funds appear.
