14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason, from placing your order until 14 calendar days after you or a person you nominate (other than the carrier) receives the goods. For items from one order delivered separately, the period starts after the last item is received. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.

 

Sending goods back

Send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after notifying us of withdrawal. Contact support promptly to arrange the return. For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and pay the direct return shipping cost, including purchasing your own return label. We do not charge a restocking or administration fee. We cover necessary return shipping costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Contact us before paying to return such goods so that we can arrange the appropriate remedy.
